Came today for my follow up No other Dr like Dr Hartmann - he listens well and answers all questions. His knowledge, bedside manners and compassion is what makes this Dr above a 5 star rating
If i could have gave her 0 stars i absolutely would. The whole pregnancy was complete negligence, they completely had my dates wrong. You come into her office and it’s a oh you’re beautiful.. hear the heartbeat and bye bye ! She comes across as caring, but showed negligence that nearly cost me my life. Her office doesn’t routinely test urine--demand that. She dismissed my concerns about severe swelling and only after I demanded urine test when my BP was at 140/90(high for my baseline), which showed traces of protein, she ordered an induction. After 37h labor, and with legs and face twice as swollen as before, they released me the next day. My only suggestion is that his office personal return phone calls. I've left many messages concerning surgical clearance form needing to be filled out to no avail. My surgery has been postponed twice because the office never returns phone calls. This should be concerning.

Arrived at my scheduled appt, and no sign of pacemaker techs after specifically talking to Cassandra at their office a week prior in person, to assure that techs be there. After two texts from JMH prior to appt, they called me from Dr Mendoza’s office the day before my appointment at 4:56 pm and left message. When I called back at 4:58, the office was closed. He's a Dr. with a great knowledge of medicine. The people working in the office are very efficient. Good with appointments and most of all he will give your time to find out what is the real problem of the visit.
