Dr Milne took care of me, my sister, and all of my cousins. I was especially lucky that she was able to see my son for a bit as she set us up with some amazing referrals including an allergist. She literally saved the life of one of my family members.
This is the worst paediatric office in the GTA. The wait times are ridiculous, the staff is not pleasant, the appointments are rushed, the doctor doesn’t seem knowledgeable, at least with Dr.Milne her kindness and wisdom made it half worth the wait. Don’t come here, you will never get anywhere and your child will probably be worse than when you got there. Good luck.
Dr Milne is sweet towards her pediatric patients and families. However the wait times are ridiculous. There are no walk-ins, just scheduled appointments but we waited 4 HOURS from our scheduled appointment to be seen, which should be unacceptable for a pediatric clinic. I wish I could say this was was a one-off, but this happens at every visit. You expect to wait at LEAST 1.5h from your scheduled appointment. Great doctor however her old age has her detached from reality when comes to people time. Today Dr. Milne walks in @10:01am (we were scheduled for 10am) Each and every visit without fail is a 1 hour and a 1/2 to see the doctor. THE WAIT IS UNBELIEVABLE. By the time the doctor is ready my 1 year old son is naturally irritated as any child would be. Horrible system. Too many bookings. We are looking for another doctor as we speak. The WAIT TIME IS RIDICULOUS.
