I had ACL & meniscus surgery from Dr Robison and she was wonderful. She used a patella tendon of mine to replace the ACL and it has been working great ever since. She and her staff were fantastic and if I ever have to have surgery again, I would definitely go back to her.

She is a fantastic doctor! She was quick to recognize the problem. She took her time to explain the issues, answer questions, and solutions. She is conservative on treatment with surgery only if needed and nothing extreme. Trustworthy, compassionate, competent, all traits you want in a doctor. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Robison will at first appear a dream come true. But that’s will change. She doesn’t listen, she will tell you you’re nuts. I am 49 and had a meniscus tear and a few other issue. My main issue was the almost bone on bone pain. Despite my request she denied me a full replacement. Instead I had a meniscus repair and some cleanup done. My knee has been worse since that procedure. 8 months later I just got scheduled for a full replacement and not with Jewett ortho. Save yourself some time and see another ortho. Plus her nurse... read more

My MRI showed I had a tibial plateau fracture. After 8 wks she wanted me to go to PT, full weight bearing for "knee pain". Second opinion said fracture required another 4 weeks to heal with passive exercise. After that I was able to have PT. I understand Dr's need to move a limb to check mobility but she was never gentle or slow in her movements and seemed to enjoy eliciting as much pain as possible. Example: she said she was going to straighten my leg slowly and I was to tell her when it hurt and she would stop. I said fine... read more

Dr. Robison was very thorough inn examining my knee. She explained my problem and the treatment that would be needed. After my surgery, she kept a close watch on my progress and gave me a lot of encouragement. She really has an excellent bedside manner, a good sense of humor and really cares about her patients. Her care was far and above what most physicians provide.

A no BS doctor that tells you what is wrong and how she proposes to help the patient.

Dr. Robison took time to show me my X-rays and explain them to me. She gave me some options and I felt like I was part of the decision making process. What I like most about her is that she didn't want to jump into an unnecessary surgery. We are trying a cortisone injection for now.
