If I could give this doctor no stars, I would. I've received nothing but terrible treatment (trying the same thing over and over again, expecting different results and - SURPRISE - it NEVER CLEARS IT UP), condescending comments (she told me my husband couldn't hold my hand during my biopsy and that I should just "look at him longingly" instead. I have never written a review before, but my treatment at this clinic was so poor that I felt I needed to say something. Dr Trowbridge performed a procedure on me without it being medically necessary and didn't inform me that there might be an out of pocket charge because they bill it as "surgery" when in reality she was using liquid nitrogen to burn off an age spot. Wish I could give this doctor no stars. Very disappointed. I went to her because of the reviews I found but I've had an awful experience. I had an issue with my bill (charged for treatment that I didn't ask for or agree to, and the treatment that was given didn't even resolve the issue) and the billing manager was very belittling and unhelpful.
