Family member went there to help them get off of opiates that they had been taking for about 3 years she put my family member on Suboxone now they have been on that for 5 years and needs it like they needed the opiates. This Doctor is worried about lining her pockets!! Who do you call about this I am worried about my family member!!!
She gave me a wrong diagnosis, and kept arguing it is correct, she started telling me about things I do not have. She does not seem to know a lot about psychiatry. She is not friendly either.I will never see this doctor again, and I do not recommend her to anyone.Do not waste your time and money.
She is supposed to be a doctor to help with addictions. what I call to make an appointment it took two weeks to get me in. when I didn't get to my appointment I had not taken anything in 5 days. so when I gave a urine test nothing showed up in it as far as drugs that I was saying I was addicted to. on my next visit she said I didn't have a problem does nothing short of my system. so a doctor and a psychologist that supposed to deal with addiction. she is very judgemental and does not help. anybody looking for that type of do... read more
Dr heasely took me off of her patient list and never gave me a reason why? I have called numorous times and left messages trying to figure what i had done to be 'fired' as her patient. Very unprofessional. Mind you, i was told the day before my next appointment with her that i was no longer being seen by her. I am still cluless and disapointed.
very giving not enough time to listen to my problems. drugs drugs is all i heard
Dr. Heasley is the greatest doctor I have ever had. She listens to her patients and really understands what I am going through. I am not sure what I would do without her. She has helped me with my depression and I feel better after talking to her. She isn't like most psychiatrists - my appointment is always one hour long and she gives scripts at the end. Not just a 15 minute medication review.
Dr. Heasley is a nice person. But she never return ph calls. Is very hard when you need her, specially when is a new med. As for advice she does what you ask her, instead of giving an expert opinion.
Dr. Heasley is a good psychiatrist that allows you to participate in your care. She has good bedside manner and listens well. She does not make blanket statements, lays out options for your care, and allows you to participate in how you best should proceed. She is very prompt and courteous and I highly recommend her.
No staff. Dr. Heasley has never returned a phone call to myself or anyone else in my family who has been her patient. She does not answer the phone and her answering service has either never given her our messages or Dr. Heasley chose not to return them. She does not seem to know whom she is expecting at any certain appointment time. She seems like a nice person overall, but goes too far by trying to be a therapist/counselor when it is not her job. She gives everyone 1 hour, which is generous. But, she gives way too much adv... read more
