I had an appointment with Dr. Yu today. I was a little nervous going in, but I left feeling very reassured. She explained everything clearly so I could understand and now I have a plan for my concerns.
Dr. Yu is knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly.
Dr. Janel did my gum grafting. I was afraid, it sounded like a terrible process. It didn't hurt. Was extremely hard to eat for awhile. Up your soup game. But Dr Janel really made sure I felt comfortable the whole time, gave me her cell number if I had any concerns or questions she was available 24/7 and she followed up by texting me and calling me throughout the healing process. This experienced sucked I'm not gonna lie but I'm glad I had Dr. Janel to help me through it. Thank you.
Everyone is so kind and goes out of their way to be helpful and Dr Yu is very thorough and skilled! Definitely would suggest coming here
I WOULDN'T give this company 1 star, nor would I recommend it to anyone! They are not in business to help clients; all they care about is Money. It's unacceptable and unprofessional the manner in which they have acted towards me. I have 100% benefits, and they still want me to pay $200.00 just to be able to book an appointment, which is unacceptable. I have explained many times that I'm a single mother with four kids and don't have these funds just to book an appointment. I have never owed anything to this periodontics. I fi... read more
