Great glasses, Great service, Great people.
Back for my annual eye examination. Again, the office staff is very professional and pleasant to deal with. The optician made some adjustments to my current glasses which has really helped! Dr. Yang is very caring and thorough while completing the eye exam.
I had my annual eye exam yesterday. The office staff are super efficient and my visits with Dr. Yang were informative. My exam was completed in one hour. I appreciate the office working together to ensure no wasted time. Bravo!
My appointment at Red House Vision Centre went very well. Dr Yang is very professional and made me feel very comfortable. She answered all my questions. She is very knowledgeable. The staff at front were very courteous and helpful with helping me choose my glasses and getting fitted. I would not hesitate to recommend Red House Vision Centre and Dr. Yang.
I have been to this place and was unpleasantly surprised. Upsell is the name of the game there. The older lady optician didn't care that I had limited insurance coverage and kept trying to sell me expensive frames and lenses plus sunglasses. Regardless of how many times I explained my situation, she persisted. Is humiliating the client one of their customer service tactics? No wonder it wasnt busy there.
