I have been to this place and was unpleasantly surprised. Upsell is the name of the game there. The older lady optician didn't care that I had limited insurance coverage and kept trying to sell me expensive frames and lenses plus sunglasses. Regardless of how many times I explained my situation, she persisted. Is humiliating the client one of their customer service tactics? No wonder it wasnt busy there. I am very pleased with my new glasses! Clarity is everything and quality lenses really matter — No distortion. Excellent quality frames and professional service at Red House Vision Centre. Many Thanks to Dr. Jane Wang and her team. In the past, I purchased glasses at a different business where glasses are offered at a much lower prices — seems like a great deal, but unfortunately I found them to be of a lesser quality, which resulted in distortion and limited field of vision.
