Dr. Turnbull helped me with an evaluation for ADHD which involved multiple visits. Her office is beautiful and welcoming, and so is her demeanor. The evaluation was extremely thorough and included excellent direction and advice for treatment, and my GP and I are using it as a framework going forward to great success. She is patient, kind, and friendly, and effortlessly put me at ease. Highly recommend her services!
As a homeschooling mom of 4 girls, I reached to Dr. Turnbull for a learning assessment for my girl who I was sure was struggling with dyslexia. Dr. Turnbull has extensive experience in the education field and works so lovely with children (welcoming, not intimidating, understanding of their strengths/struggles, pushes gently but not to any sort of frustration or anxiety, and is so incredibly personable and soft with them). I have recommended Dr. Turnbull to so many family and friends even though I don’t make recommendations like this lightly. I’m convinced she is one of the best at what she does. Through EDMR, mindfulness practice, compassionate listening, and offering new perspectives she has given me tools to improve my self-esteem, stay present with my emotions, make sound decisions, strengthen my relationships, and maintain a positive outlook. Jane is the only person who has made me feel like I can be stable again. She really does care, I'm sure of it. The amount of empathy and understanding she can provide has been impossible for me to figure out until she talked it out with me.
