Dr. Silverton has helped me greatly. I have long had an imbalance on the right side of my body. In pictures of me standing against a wall - and also in x-rays - you could see that my right side is lowered. This became an issue when I did overhead barbell presses. My right side had less flexibility and also was in pain. This place is amazing. Highly recommend. This is exactly what I have been looking them. This is not like a normal physical therapy, they actually help you get back to sport. Very dedicated, highly recommend.
Dr Brown and her staff are extremely knowledgeable . They plan out a methodological course of action to get you pain free and living an active lifestyle . They also give you a compressive program to work on at home The whole staff are so nice as well !!
Physical Therapy San Pedro is helping my son get through a challenging time and I have to say this place is great. It has to be the most polite physical therapy facility I’ve ever been to. The facility is well looked after and everyone actually looks happy to be there which makes the overall experience even better. Give this place a try, you’ll be glad you did.
When I came to Physical Therapy San Pedro, it was my last try before giving up on my healing journey. For 8 years I struggled with postpartum injury issues. I could not walk but 20 feet. I met Dr Sandoval and he was the first Doctor to hear me. He tackled each problem. Dr Sandoval also was very loud about how confident he was that I would walk and enjoy an active life again.
