I was fortunate to have Dr. Jana Wold and her staff take care of me and I felt that she was always speaking the truth and providing excellent and understandable explanations for my condition.
I’ve been going to doctors most of my life for various medical reasons and my visit with Dr Wold was one of the worst experiences. She did not listen to my concerns and even became argumentative over my concerns regarding medication. I found her to be extremely condescending and her approach to be very off putting. I went to another doctor who listened to my concerns and prescribed a different medication. The new doctor was a much better fit for me and provided better care.
I’ve seen Dr Wold and her residents since 2013. She’s wonderful and takes the time to explain everything. I’ve been pushed out of her rotation a couple of times and wasn’t happy. The care she gives is outstanding for her field and I have adored all of her residents.
If I could leave a rating of zero stars I would. She is one of the worst doctors I’ve ever encountered. A sub standard level of care, dereliction of duty, zero communication and utter dismissiveness of my concerns. She failed to listen to me when I suggested a possible diagnosis of MS based on my symptoms and MRI. She dismissed it as migrainous in nature.
