Excellent job by hygienist and Dr Boyd found an issue that had been very sporadic. All the staff was very pleasant.
Needed 4 teeth extracted (one front one was already loose and annoying). Earliest appt. was in a month, but she had a cancelation and called me. I was in and out in less then an hour! Everyone was very nice and tried hard to make me comfortable. Dr. Jana Boyd was gentle and kept me calm during numbing.
When I arrived for my routine cleaning assigned as and within five minutes I was asked to come back and the dental assistant clean my teeth very polite very good conversation she inquired as if I was having any pain or problems I was not after cleaning dr. Jana Boyd came in and sure that I had no problems with my teeth scheduled a new appointment for 6 months later and it was done approximately an hour and 5 minutes can't ask for anything better very polite people very good
I always have a great experience when visiting Dr. Boyd's office. Dental Assistants are very friendly. Referrals are often given which are very helpful.
You all did a wonderful job making me feel at ease and well taken care of.
I felt my cleaning was well done & thorough. I was referred to a specialist & was provided a copy of my Xray to facilitate the evaluation which was very impressive. I was also alerted of ways to save on the cost of the appointment, which I truly appreciated. I am very pleased with the service given. I believe the tech position herself at the top of my head so I didn't have to work hard to keep my mouth open wide enough for her to do a complete job of cleaning each tooth. Very professional staff. Dr. Boyd is up-to-date with current methods and equipment. A very pleasant atmosphere.
Dr.Jana Boyd has an amazing dental practice.All of the staff are very friendly,professional and knowledgeable.They really help out with my anxiety and make me feel so comfortable.I highly recommend them and am very glad I am one of their patients!
