I have never encountered such blatant disregard for a patient’s health. If you have a child with cerebral palsy, I strongly urge you to seek care elsewhere—do not waste your time and effort with this doctor. As an African American woman who has seen several Black female doctors, I have been deeply disappointed by a recurring pattern of arrogance, lack of empathy, and questionable expertise. Dr. Hallman-Cooper has been working with my child since 2018. I haven't had any complaints with her as a provider. My only complaint is how difficult/challenging it is to get an appointment with her. I wish CHOA would open up scheduling for a rolling year at a time. Dr. Hallman-Cooper is caring, she listens to my concerns regarding my child, and she presents solutions based on what I've stated my concerns are. She answers my questions and she is very patient with my child.
I would love to know how this woman is still practicing medicine. If you have a child with Cerebral Palsy go ELSEWHERE!!! She does NOT CARE about them!!!
