Not interested in you or your health, just your money. Same can be said about the entire Columbus Regional Health network, so no surprise, really. I went to see Dr. Hannah for my annual wellness exam, which is covered 100% by my insurance. But then without any warning or disclosure, she billed me an additional $174 to refill a $6 prescription and provide a referral, which I never did get. Saw Dr. Hannah for walk-in for UTI symptoms. She did a UA. 4+ leuk and blood pos. She told me my urine looked fine except for a little bit of blood. So what was causing my UTI symptoms? Called my urologist office and asked what to do. They said to call Sandcrest back and ask for a culture. So I did. Results a couple days later was positive for UTI. Then antibiotics were prescribed. Why did I have to ask a doctor for a urine culture when I was having UTI symptoms? Only Dr. Hannah can answer that.
I couldn't recommend Dr. Hannah more! She is great at what she does, super easy to talk to, explains everything, and most importantly she listens to you as the patient and never shames you. She takes your concerns seriously and works on a plan for your health goals that work for you but also makes sure that your health is always of the upmost importance.
