Mum has been seeing Dr. James Yu for many years now. He is a caring doctor and a gentleman. He takes his time to listen to the patient. Highly recommended.
Recommended to Dr Yu by a friend. My initial visit was professional comprehensive, empathetic and thorough. An ‘investigative’ doctor associate questioned and checked information with me for over 45 minutes touching all aspects of my source of pain. After this meeting the associate met with Dr Yu and discussed the facts gleaned during the initial meeting. Left in absolute tears. Not listened too in the slightest. No empathy. No understanding of what it is really like to live every single day in EXCRUCIATING pain. If you want/need help DONT see Dr Yu. “You’ve gotta learn to live with it”. Well thank you for that very expensive advice that I have been doing my whole life and has crippled every single aspect of it.
