Dr. Whiteside is a wonderful communicator. I once sent him a couple questions and in about 15 minutes he called me because he thought it would be quicker. He listens, which is often absent in doctors.

Best doctor I’ve ever had. A recent post said he’s condescending, but he’s not. He’s straight to the point, but I can see how it could come off that way to someone who isn’t familiar with a clinical setting. Anyways, I had suffered from UTI’s and constant burning in my bladder at least twice a month for at LEAST half a year. Probably more than a year. The worst surgeon ever! They sent me home with internal bleeding after I had gotten a partial hysterectomy. I had to go back to the hospital and get a blood transfusion and they tried to make me think “there wasn’t that much blood” sitting in my stomach so they didn’t drain it and told me my body would absorb it. The blood clotted and it started an infection, I ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks with fevers, a racing pulse, and my blood pressure dropped to 70/30.
