From the moment we arrived to the minute we left... totally unorganized. When we arrived 15 minutes early like the CSR requested, no one came to the front office for 10 minutes. Dental Coverage was NOT verified until after the procedure. This poor example of quality service cost me additional funds which I had not expected to pay.
