I called to request an appointment and stated I felt I had an URI. I was scheduled with the PA that works this office location. That visit was very awful. I was diagnosed with a URI but not given any antibotics (first time ever, in probably 2 to 4 infections a year since I was very young). I was also advised prescriptions for severe cough were being called into CVS. When I arrived at CVS to pick up presc, there were none that had been ordered. There were many other missed issues.

Every time I have been to his office my wait time is at least an hour and a half yesterday it was over 2!!!!! There is no reason for this, I don't know if they are over booking or what but by the time I get in there my blood pressure is through the roof!

The entire staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. You can't get an appointment for weeks out, even if its urgent. Dr. Rester was also very rude to my husband by screaming at him for admitting that he drank alcohol free wine! My husband was suffering from a fractured spine and had liver disease. He has since passed away, but Dr. Rester showed a total lack of disrespect to my husband who was a retired Colonel in the Air Force! Dr. Rester has a superior air about him in my opinion!

This office is not well organized; the front office is understaffed. The atmosphere of the entire office seemed unwelcoming. The nurse practitioner seemed to lack confidence and was overbearing in her attitude. I was denied medication that I needed, and was given no good reason for this. Me and my family won't do back there.
