I hate writing this negative review becauseI have visited Dr. London's office for many years.But at this writing I am very upset with his office. I fell and sprained my foot on November 19 and went to urgent care where it was diagnosed as a sprain but told to check with a Doctor if there were any problems. I called Dr. London's office on the 21, 22, and days afterwards and left my name and number as I wanted a follow up on my foot. Never received any response and finally did give up. I got hurt at work and he told me that I'm going to need to get am MRI to get more information (I'm in extreme pain in my lower back )he took an x-ray and it showed nothing. He also said that he thinks that I have a slipped/bulged disc and that is what the MRI will show. It seemed like he knows what he's talking about but he wrote up his diagnosis and sent it to my workman comp insurance and wrote in it that besides mild arthritis he's fine to preform at work full duty in his OPINION!
