I showed up a week in advance of my appointment but no one told me that until I was in the chair for my cleaning. I would not have minded being told that when I checked in but the hygienist was gracious in attending to me as she had had a cancellation.

It would be good to say the intake form is front and back. I heard another receptionist tell another mom but the one who spoke to me didn't say that and I thought it would have been very helpful. (but that is just being nit-picky because otherwise your service is great. ) ;)
