I flew down to bring my son to see Dr. Jesse for an upper lip frenectomy. Everyone I talked to on the phone was very friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. My appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. When I arrived for my son's appointment, we were taken back right away. The staff made us feel comfortable and welcome, and they did great with my son. (They are great with kids). The procedure was very quick, and the lasering was painless.
