My 15 year old son was so nervous about going to get his tongue tie clipped that he actually woke up claiming to be not feeling well to get out of the appointment...We told him it would be quick and painless and itwoyld help improve so much like his speech. Dr. James Jesse was amazing! He calmed his nerves with some jokes and described everything about the procedure and it literally was quick and painless :) So thankful for Drs who take the time with each patient to ease their mind.
Everyone at Dr. Jesses office is so professional and thorough. They made me feel at ease while my son was having a frenectomy performed and they even followed up to make sure he was doing well and always asked if I had any questions or concerns. I recommend him to everyone!
I brought my son here for a lip tie revision 2 days ago. I read every one of Dr. Jesse's reviews and all about the procedure. The day of our appt time I was very confident. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming, so is Dr Jesse. He makes sure you are completely educated about the procedure and after care. It is always a delight to visit Dr. Jesse and his staff! I am always treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Rachel always leaves my teeth sparkling clean! I never wait to be treated and there is always something interesting playing on the large TV monitors at each Dental station. The office is extremely clean and fairly quiet for a dentist office. I have been visiting doctor Jessie's office for approximately 15 years and my teeth are extremely healthy!
I went to get my teeth cleaned. The staff there are always so professional and kind. My hygienist cleaned my teeth so gently.
Dr. Jesse and his staff were so professional and welcoming. He explained the procedure (lip tie frenectomy), benefits and even made a personal connection which is always helpful to ease the discomforting thoughts of having a procedure done on your infant. The procedure was quick and they even sent me photos of my son with his protective glasses on. Lastly, they did not waste any of my time in the waiting room or otherwise. Dr. came right into the room and got to work.
It is always very pleasant to come to your office (unless I'm having major work done ha, ha!) - very professional and efficient.
