When our daughter was born with a significant tongue and lip tie (which inhibits nursing), we were referred to Dr. Jessie by our midwife. As it turned out, our appointment ended up being the day BEFORE the baby's insurance was to begin coverage. The kind staff not only notified us about the issue, but they were extremely patient as we called my husbands HR dept., and they called our insurance company. Dr. Jesse has been my Dentist since I was a small child and now he is my daughter's dentist. My seven year old daughter actually had fun at her last cleaning. The entire staff at Dr. Jesse's office provide excellent care and make going to the dentist a great experience.
Dr. Jesse, we can't thank you enough for treating our baby's lip tie. You were extremely thorough with my baby's diagnosis, treatment and postoperative care. You took the time to answer all of my questions in great detail. You put my nerves at ease and within just a few minutes of speaking to you I knew we had come to the right place. Dr. Jesse and his team are always friendly, helpful and educational. Not only did my hygentist do a fantastic job on my teeth cleaning she also educated me on what's going on with my teeth and gums and causes of certain things and how to prevent them.. I felt comfortable and procedure was thorough yet quick. The technology they have there is amazing.. Very advanced. Dr. Jesse even did a light check that can determine unhealthy tissue or cancer.
