Laser franectomy on 1 month old infant with severe lip tie - WENT FANTASTIC!! Thank you so much Dr. Jesse! I was so incredibly nervous, but it went better than I anticipated. The procedure was easy and I assume painless since she hasn’t acted like anything has happened! I know not every baby will react to recovery as well as mine has, but even if she was crying non stop, I know it was the right thing to do, and definitely makes a difference. The office staff was super friendly, they were ready for us at our appointment time, the office was impeccably clean, and the doctor explained everything thoroughly. While it certainly wasn't fun having my son's lip tie revised, it went without a hitch and my son just nursed a little extra for 2 days after. It has taken some extra work and follow up with a lactation consultant to further improve my son's latch because he was already 3 months old when we came in, but there was still improvement within days of the procedure an... read more

Dr. Jesse and his staff are worth the drive from Ontario. I never have any issues with anything there and i consider my dental needs pretty high maintenance.

Dr. Jesse was very thorough and explained the entire procedure to both me and my husband. He reassured me of the results and was very knowledgable regarding lip and tongue tie corrections. Dr. Jesse’s bedside manner made this nervous mama feel at-ease with my newborn’s procedure and made the whole experience much better! The dental assistants were also very pleasant in the office!

Dr Jesse was recommended by an IBCLC for our daughters lip tie. He was fantastic! He was informative, thorough, caring, kind and comforting to our daughter and us. It was much easier to get through than I could have imagined.

Was in on 5-31 for cleaning /exam. Procedure was excellent. Have future appointment but it's almost 2 months away 7-25 (busy place cause JJ is the best-+ staff!) REQUEST- if any "big" cancellations come up consider me, Paul De Koning (if it works that way). I'm not in discomfort but worry about my tooth holding out for that time span.

I took my 5wk old to Dr. James Jesse to have her lip and tongue tie revised. He did an excellent job making me feel comfortable, and in explaining the procedure. I also really liked that he went over what could potentially happen if we did not have them fixed. Great service, and he is super friendly.

Leya had a severe upper lip tie problem and we were referred to Dr. Jesse to help relieve her of that. We arrived and were helped immediately with no wait time. Dr. Jesse greeted us and began explaining things right away. He then evaluated Leya and confirmed her upper tie was the worst he had seen so far that day. He explained exactly what he was going to do and how. He explained the recovery period and basically little to no recovery instructions since she’s so young.
