Educational – By far the best office staff and Doctor! I've had not so great experiences with other plastic surgeons in the area. Some were just flat out arrogant and the staff was pushy. Not the case with Dr. Romano. Everyone was amazing and so educational. I felt like I left with not just questions answered about my concerns, but a wealth of information in regards to nutrition and skincare. I'm on the Obagi program and love how my skin looks and feels. thorough and supportive – I am still in the process of interviewing surgeons for cosmetic surgery. So far, I have had contact with the offices of 3 other surgeons and conclude that Dr.Romano's office staff is clearly the best. They are friendly, patient, and open to helping potential clients gather important information. The staff I've interacted with at other offices were cold and indifferent, albeit polite. A Chilly Reception – After having to call twice to book a consultation (no callback as promised), I arranged my initial consultation with Dr. Romano. (note that unlike any other Doctor I have ever visited, they require a credit card to secure the initial consultation. It is $250.00, rather a steep fee considering that Dr. Mosser charges $75.00, others are up to $200.00). Best doctor for a natural looking breast augmentation – Doctor Romano cares so much about his patients. He was the third plastic surgeon I interviewed for my breast augmentation and I chose him because he was the most knowledgable on current procedures and the best listener. His staff is incredibly polite and considerate. My breasts look so natural! Even though they are saline implants they hang well and do not look unnaturally round or overdone. Above average care... – I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Romano. He explained the procedure to me in detail, I trusted him with the surgery (which I am incredibly satisfied with), and he had a caring bedside manner and supportive staff. If I had any questions or concerns after the surgery, he returned my calls the same day or spoke with me when I called the office. I had no complications or problems at all and I would definately reccomend him to my family or friends.
just what the doctor ordered! – I was very pleased with the care I got there, not only from Dr. Romano, but also from the staff. The wait was a bit long, but well worth the trip. I was served with herbal tea by the receptionist, which I thought was sweet. I found Dr. Romano to be very grounded and caring and answered all of my questions, no matter how silly. Horrible service from start to finish – How dare they!!! From the begginning I should have known not to go there when the receptionist put me on hold forever, not once, twice but three times. The atmosphere is cold and impersonable. It is strictly business to all the staff there and when you are trusting such important assets such as your face and body to them, I would head for the door if I were you. Go some place else. These people don't even deserve to be rated.
