The psychiatrist themselves are actually really nice and seem very good and knowledgeable when we’re at our appt. However, this go around I guess one of the medications never got sent over to the pharmacy... Now going on 2 weeks back and forth with the pharmacy (when the medication was suppose to be sent out a month ago) and the clinic itself still has not resolved the issue.. thank god I had extra or he would be out by now. Terrible phone setup. Impossible to reach anyone at all . I ve been calling all day and absolutely no one will answer. Extremely frustrating.
Horrible staff. Very unprofessional.
I use to see the doctor here a while back and all of the staff and doctors I've seen was my life saver. Thanks for the heads up.
