Good past history except decline in quality of service past 3 years. Rating from 5 stars down to 1 star. Recent problems unacceptable product, poor service, dishonest, causing me to loose faith in this office with billing, hygienist, technicians and dentist. I am very disappointed with recent unacceptable events and behavior, especially the deceit. Now in search of new dentist which saddens me.

Had cleaning and exam done, was very satisfied. Very friendly front desk staff. The cleaning was thorough. Dr. Schwarts was friendly and didn't rush.

Dr Schwartz is a great dentist! He did a great job on examining my teeth. I had to have one removed and it was completed in an hour - very fast. It was nice to just get the job done and I haven't had a problem with my teeth since. Their teeth cleaning is a plus and the staff is very nice.

If you need dental work, this is the only place to go. Jim and his staff are awesome. I have always been treated very well....

Dr. Schwartz is a very quiet nice man. He's knowledgeable, fast and efficient. He did a lot of work on both mine and my former husband Walt (who just passed away in May) and we were both very pleased with the results. I would recommend him highly. I need to put in a word for his receptionist, Shelly. She is just wonderful with the patients and especially so with me and my former husband, Walt. But I'm certain everyone says the same thing about how she treats them too! She and all the others are such an asset to Dr. Schwartz'... read more

Dr Schwartz and his team are AWESOME. I trust him 100%. He's not out to make a dollar on you but only do what needs to be done when it needs to be done. I currently don't have dental insurance yet I still go every 6 months because I love it!! Dr Schwartz is very personal. He cares a lot about you as a person and takes time to just catch up with you.

If you want a caring Dentist, this is the person to see. I had an emergency. I was in need of a tooth exraction and Dr. Schwartz met me at his office on a Sunday in 10 minutes. Extracted my infected 2 teeth. He was painless, efficient. I had no pain after or the next day. Thank you, Joann Torvik

I went to Dr. Schwartz's office for approximately 6 years. It started off wonderful but then Dr. Schwartz was no longer seeing all his patients and there was no communication what so ever. I seen random doctor's for the past two years and finally gave up and went to another clinic. The cosmetic work that was done on my teeth was not what I expected and unfortunately it is in my front teeth. I will not be returning to Dr. Swartz's clinic.

Dr. James Schwartz was paid a lot of money for dental work on a family in residing in Minnetonka...the mother was a very Holy person...had three children...paid Dr. Schwartz lots of money for dental work done...there was a little bill unknown about...Schwartz turned this family over to a collection agency, for a small amount of money...the mother paid the bill...this mother had a painful emergency situation and the dentist James Schartz turned her away...would not help this lady...You're on this earth to be good to one anoth... read more
