I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Morrow personally, but his staff is absolutely horrendous. They screw things up with my husband's prescriptions constantly, are never available to actually answer the phone, are rude when they do and yesterday were beyond rude to me at my own appointment and told me that they could either escort me out or I could let them take my weight (which had been taken by my other hormone doctor only 3 weeks prior and that info was available to them).
He was arrogant and condescending. He neglected to do anything about my high blood pressure, and referred me to a surgeon for another problem, knowing that they wouldn't do surgery with my BP so high.
They told me new patient appts would be the same as annual exams for lab tests and prescription refills. This was not the case when it came to billing, I ended up with a $90 copay for tests that should have been covered 100% had they been billed correctly. They refused to fix the codes. I brought in pictures of my meds labels because insurance is particular about how its written. It took three times to get one written correctly. If you call the nurse line, no one returns your call. Not worth it.
Practice refuses to refill maintenance medications unless I come in their and give them money for office visit. When I ask to speak with the doctor the office staff refuses to allow. Very frustrating and very poor poor service. Ripoff medical practice.
Very pleased!
I read so many glowing reviews that I felt this doctor would be great---not at all! He spent perhaps 10 minutes with me at my initial visit and annual physical, then said he'd see me every 6 months, and to call if I needed refills on medicine. No discussion of my health. I was used to a dialogue with my former doctor whom I felt cared about me. Perhaps Dr. Morrow has no interest in older patients; I certainly have no interest in ever seeing him again.
I went to Dr. Morrow with what I thought was a blockage or blood clot in my brain. He blew me off and said it was nothing. I let it go a couple of weeks until I couldn't quit worrying due to my symptoms. I talked to an Emory physician & he got me in immediately to their stroke center for an angiogram as I had formed a blood clot in my brain. Due to Dr. Morrow's rudeness, non-interest & telling me not to worry about it, I had waited too long and developed fistula also;both permanent & preventable
Dr. Morrow is amazing. He's a very kind hearted, non-stressful, no-nonsense doctor. He does every thing he can to take my needs and health into consideration. He's helped me feel my best and I have had to try other doctors due to location, but nothing compares to Dr. Morrow.
He is a real Doctor that listens and cares. Not many like him left...
