I have always been able to get an appointment with the provider I request same day. Awesome.
It has been several years since I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Dr. Morrow. He has the bedside manner of a brick. Looks for the easiest way to dismiss your health issue.
I rescheduled my annual physical approx 3m due to covid19. I asked for my meds to be extended until my physical. They would only extend in 30 day segments with a telemed call which they would charge as an in office visit. This would have required 3 calls which would cost me $40 ea/$120 in copay. My last med appt was in Oct. 2019. This would have cost my insurance co the remainder. Not sure of the cost. My opinion, this is not a policy to help patients but to produce income. I was a patient many years ago. Not a good doctor. Would not go back to him. He was rude, insincere, uncaring & treated his nurses terribly. The nurse complained about him to me.
Dr . Morrow and staff are the best! They are our entire families dr. They are warm and caring, every visit is an awesome experience. When we have appointments the wait is short. The dr’s really listen and care what you have to say. I give this practice 5 stars definitely.
I did not have to wait. My visit was very organized. Great appointment.
I have seen Dr. Morrow for over 15 years and have never had a negative experience with him. He is absolutely the best. He takes time to listen, diagnose and recommend treatment. If referrals are necessary, he is more than happy to make one. He reminds me of the old country doctor who deeply cares about his patients.
