I appreciate that he is direct & honest but not disrespectful. I am a chronic pain patient & he takes my pain seriously. He listens.I am a smoker who has been trying to quit for years. He doesn't hold back on the importance of quitting, but doesn't humiliate or demean me. He acts like it's a medical issue rather than a character flaw. I've experienced otherwise from doctors.
