He made me feel "seen", that he understood my challenges and displayed active listening. I came into the appt overwhelmed and exhausted from my condition. I left with clarity, resources, a plan moving forward as a provider that I am thrilled to now have on my team. He expressed emotions and opinions which helped me to get a sense of his personality (this was our first appt) and that made me feel comfortable. I felt valued.
