Got a wrong prescription. Staff are not properly trained, I've called for a week now to have them send my medical records faxed over to another doctor still have not had them faxed. Just no customer service. Alot of time and money spent.

Don’t bother.
I went through the process of creating a profile with them, sharing insurance info, and booking an appointment. One business day prior, I missed a call from them. I assumed it was to confirm my appointment, so I returned it the next business day - hoping I’m not too late to confirm. The joke is on me. They didn’t bother to let me know but decided to close on the day of the appointment, so here I am driving into the city and learning they “have no appointment on record for me today or any other day in my chart” from an answer... read more
