Play change my rating depending on the reception and the doctor how I'm treated. My insurance said this place was covered on my policy and it doesn't matter to me if they're in the mall or not that's not an issue I just want a correct prescription made for me because I've been disappointed by America's Best contacts and lenses and Stanton. Stanton was horrible!!! They don't even have real optometrist in the office, they are all trainees. But I will come back to my review and when I pick out some frames I'll take a picture. Google Maps, if it is a mall shop (🤮🤮🤮🤮), then do NOT just put a dot on the ceiling, or show a hilly knoll with a dot that requires navigating through consumer 🐁 traps!! Epic fail!! Malls are miserable anyway, but between your vague generalities and the careless directions from whoever answered the phone, this place is all NOPE! Asked for directions from 4 different people, and not a one knew what they were doing!! Epic fail!! 0 out of 10, NEVER AGAIN!!

Got a wrong prescription. Staff are not properly trained, I've called for a week now to have them send my medical records faxed over to another doctor still have not had them faxed. Just no customer service. Alot of time and money spent.
