Dr. O’Toole is FANTASTIC!!! I have PCOS and a genetic predisposition to Pilar cysts on my scalp. Because of my hormones and everything, I’ve had like 20 bumps on my scalp. I have very nice hair and so many bumps terrifies me that to get them all removed I would have bald spots all over my head. This doctor has helped me start removing them and has done EXCELLENT.
