Dr. Irvine is a mild mannered doctor who listens before he diagnoses anything over the top. All too often, Doctors have to cover bills. They lose touch with patients needs and concerns and worry about what amounts to small business concerns. I don't get that feeling here. He seems to be a caring and conservative doctor who I trust to assess any health issue I may have with my best interest in mind. He is a good man.
After my original Medicare provider dropped out of my plan I had to find another doctor that would accept my plan and new patients. I wish I had read the reviews first. I needed my seizure meds refilled. I got that, nothing more. I usually have pain meds filled every 6-9 months. He told me he wasn't going to lose his license for that. Had to call 3 times for blood work results. He could've cared less of my needs or listen to what I had to say. Can't wait to change plans and DOCTOR.
Don't go here! My husband and I have been going here a few years and they have definitely gone downhill. The office staff is pathetic. They can never give an answer about balances & even when you pay complete balance on account they still say you have a balance. Been dealing with them for 6 months. Easy to get in, probably because the existing patients are all leaving. Nothing but a headache.
I am a long time patient here but after my experience here this week I will be looking for a new family doctor. Everything about this place has turned into a nightmare, from the very unfriendly nurse to the unorganized front office this place is going downhill. I was finally called to the back by the nurse and she was very rude then I was taken into a room that looked dirty and smelled like sewage. What has happened to this office?
I was new to the area so I thought I would give hime a try. The staff is unprofessional and everything is so chaotic. They are not organized. I saw the doctor once and then had to see his NP after that. I prefer to talk to a male on some issues. They lost my blood work and I had to repeat it. The 2nd time they were drawing my blood it was the manager and she missed. She was rude about it and very unprofessional. She even cursed in front of me. I will never go back.
Very Unprofessional and rude staffs. Dr seem nice, but apparent doesn't listen. Told him over the counter is not helping since I've been sick for awhile. Wasted my time to the pharmacy to find out they never sent it over, wasted my time to call their office and was told they were going to do so each time then after being put on hold over 10 mins (n every time after that) they changed their story n said dr told me to get over the counter? hassleness, lies, rudeness were my 1st time experience.
He is the worst doctor ever along with his wife, Dr. Sharon Irvine. They won't refill you medication if you have a balance. The front office is horrible. All the good staff has left because these doctors have the worst attitudes.
Horrible patient care, never get your results, and lack of bedside manner. Go at your own risk
The new office manager is unprofessional, rude, and is lacking in common courtesy. She is going to cause Dr. Irvine to loose a lot of patients. I refuse to go, where I am disrespected.
