Have had him for 20 years. He,s great. I went through cancer. He supported me all the way.
Been a patient over 15 years. Called to get an RX for Flexeril which I’ve taken before, but not recently. New “Well Med” staff said he’d have to see me, and first appt available is September. I’m in agony with back spasms and my own PCP can’t see me for a month! Having to look for a new doc. And it makes me sad I can’t even share this with him, only his managers and handlers.
Excellent care! He is very kind and easy to talk to. He listens to me and I never feel rushed through a visit.
Dr Zodrow has been my doctor at least 15 years. I highly recommend him.
Staff ignored some of my questions and were extremely rude. Lousy clerk at the desk with a bad attitude was a nail in the coffin for me. Will not be returning.
Dr. Zodrow is an excellent family doctor. My family and I have used him for many years. I would highly recommend him. He's very knowledgeable, very professional, and very understanding. He's easy talk to.
Like I wrote on Google Review, Dr. Zodrow is a rare combination of caring and competence. You may not always like his medical advice (e.g. lose weight), but he is always spot on, and willing and able to provide the best of medical care. I called and made an appointment on Tuesday as a first time patient. Showed up at 8:05 for my 8:20 appointment, was told to have a seat, she'd be right with me. She took 30 minutes doing who knows what before finally calling me up and claiming I didn't have an appointment. Then proceeded to question if I was sure I made an appointment. Instead of trying to fix the problem, she completely blows me off, acting as if the mix up was my fault when obviously it was an error on their part.
Choose another doctor I saw him for over 15 years and have decided enough is enough. He is not the brightest doctor and you rarely see him now, only his PA. He doesn't listen to what you need and orders tests that you don't need and then will enter incorrect billing codes. He is not intellectually curious and I noticed that his waiting room is always empty - of course it's easy to be seen in an emergency! I have decided to take my family's business elsewhere.
