Very friendly and professional. This was as good of an experience that I could have had getting a root canal.
Went for a root canal in 2017 because of natural wear on my tooth. He was very rugged and rough. Kept telling me to open my mouth & forcing my mouth to open even though I am a petite woman and couldn't. Not only that he didn't use any microscope during the root canal procedure. The loud rock music playing was so distracting & annoying. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time. I was told by the receptionist to come in for an appointment today at 0830. When i showed up about 20 minutes early, no one was in their office so i waited. 0836, receptionist arrives only to tell me that the appointment was scheduled 2 weeks later because the dr. was on vacation until then. So nothing against the doctor but it would have been nice to be told this before I made an hour trip to the office just to walk out ten minutes later.
