I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

I think so Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was so relieved when they offered me a remedy for my condition.Before I knew it I was feeling better. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was this ENT Otolaryngologist able to diagnose your condition quickly? Yes, I felt better as soon as I left Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I didn't mind waiting to see the ENT because my chair was soooo comfortable. They really care about patient comfort at this office. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was in awe at the level of service I received.
