I'm sure that Dr. McQueen is a great doctor, but the staff I spoke with was rude and unhelpful when I tried to make an appointment. They told me I wasn't covered. I have since called and verified with my insurance that I was. After trying to have this conversation, they hung up on me. After calling back and asking to speak to the office manager, they told me he was in a meeting. I then asked for the office managers phone, they wouldn't give it to me.
