BEWARE: 1) You can only use this dentist if you have been going to him EVERY YEAR. If you don't, you are "no longer an active patient" and they won't accept new ones. 2) Also, he does NOT care if you live or die unless you have dental insurance. I went back to him because two teeth were broken and leaking brown fluid. He REFUSED to examine me because I don't have dental insurance. They wanted several hundred dollars up front .
