Dr. Herrold is very straight forward and that may be difficult for some people, but he is very knowledgeable and thorough and I have always received great care at his office. His office staff is friendly and so easy to work with, I love them.

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this neurologist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr Herrold is friendly and spends time with you to answer questions. He doesn't rush you out the door and on to the next patient.

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes

Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
