Dr. Roberts is straightforward and easy to understand. He is someone that you can trust to always have your best interests in mind. He has my unconditional endorsement.
My Catheter change went smoothly, but it would have been nice if the doctor had spent more time talking to me. The process is rather de-humanizing and taking time to talk helps calm me and de-stresses the situation for me.
