Here is my experience with this practice. The staff that answers the phones and sets appointments creates insane barriers for senior patients. For the past three weeks I have been trying to make an appointment at this office for care. Multiple calls. ALL I HAVE RECEIVED IS AN UNBELIEVABLE RUNAROUND. All these calls and still no appointment or call back. I have a referral from my primary doctor with an authorization number on it.
