This review is for Dr. Kay specifically, not the office he works at. Dr. Kay has all my respect and deserves 5 stars. He always took me and my three children seriously (even over the smallest details) and treated us like we were important to him. He was reassuring and obviously knew his stuff because he thoroughly explained everything he did so we could understand. When my third baby was a newborn and got sick, Dr. Kay was so helpful and was promptly emailing me back and forth about the situation answering my questions and s... read more

EVERY TIME we came in we waited 2-4 hours to see Dr. Kay! His staff is rude and do not communicate at all! We waited 2 hours with a sick infant to see dr kay and asked his receptionist how long is the wait and she said “you can take him to urgent care”!!! 0 compassion for families and kids!!! My son has been having eye issues since he was born and we have been going back and forth with NO resolution!
