I just had the most frustrating experience. The doctor is only virtual, and the person on the phone could not explain to me how I would go about getting a physical. She literally just kept saying "Unfortunatley it is virtual" and I kept saying so does he just refer out? She had ZERO CLUE what was going on in that office. Off to look for another doctor
Horrible experience waited 1hr in the zoom appointment to have no one show up, then called and they couldn't find my appointment when they tried transferring me to a medical assistant I just got disconnected and at that point I was over it. I will just go somewhere else. Never again will I make an appointment here.
