Dr. Klosterman and his office provide exceptional care. I went into surgery confident of the outcome because they did an outstanding job explaining the procedure. The receptionist always greets you when you get off the elevator or at the top of the stairs. The nurses and techs are professional and pleasant. The PA responds to phone questions or MyChart. Dr. Klosterman takes time to ensure meet w/ patients and is very approachable. Kudos to them. Premier, please share this rating. They are fantastic.

I had to get a X-ray done before the doctor could see me and Dr. Klosterman never came in the room. I never met or spoke to this doctor once.
Dr. James Klosterman is the best orthopedic doctor I have had. He takes the time to explain everything to you. He will show you your X-Rays and compare them to past X-rays. He is very informative,understanding and really cares.It shows in his actions.
Felt like I will get the best possible care and treatments!
