I had an appointment with Dr. Shah yesterday to get my teeth cleaned. The Dr checked my teeth and asked me if I wanted to get implants. I told him that because I had recently been operated for lung cancer, I was not in the market for implants but would like to get my teeth cleaned as per my appointment. The dental hygienist came and started polishing my teeth. I asked her why my teeth are not being cleaned. Her answer to me was the Dr cleaned it. Stay away from Dr Shaw at Bartlett Implants and Karing Dental in Wood Dale. Worst dentist l have ever been too. You can hear his staff talking about you loudly in the office. His assistant was typing notes in the computer in my room about another patient and reading it out loud while typing. BTW that patient's crown didn't fit either. Was told I was a complainer. That I needed a specialist after they failed twice to get my crowns to fit correctly. It wasn't their fault that the crowns I started to get done in December are st... read more
