I’d give less than 1 star if I could. This practice was great when it was Dr Hirsch. He was thiorough and no non-sense. It’s changed hands multiple times since his retirement and is substandard at this point. I had an appointment 6 months ago and felt like I should probably change but foolishly made an appointment that I kept. The “hygienist” while kind was so young and inexperienced that it’s unclear whether she was qualified. I was in for a standard checkup and cleaning. Amazing office with very kind and professional dentist and staff. The appointment went very smoothly, the dentist took very good care of me and did a thorough exam and cleaning. Extremely impressed!
This practice has changed hands since my family and I had gone there for 15+ years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been terrible. I went in for a crown in early November 2025. They have done a horrible job. My temporary crown fell off first. Then, I had to return twice for them to get the height of the crown done correctly. Now, I need a root canal in the same tooth.
