They've been sending me the same bill for OVER A YEAR now. Every month when I receive the bill I call them and give them ALL the insurance info again... If you are familiar with military TriCare it overs 100% of everything. Yet they've failed every month for over a year now to properly submit the bill to TriCare. Still dealing with this...
