Practice established in 1982. We serve the Odessa/Midland area plus much of West Texas. My staff and I provide complete, quality exams for cataracts, glaucoma, foreign body removal, and eye infections. We also perform thorough, quality exams for glasses and contacts. We also fit and provide the newest contact lens designs and materials. We strive to be sure that our patients understand any vision or eye health conditions. We also provide refractive surgery consultation and follow-up.

I have been seeing Dr. Harper for more than 20 years. Even after moving to a new town, I still go back to Dr. Harper. Very knowledgeable and always takes his time to answer questions and/or concerns. The office staff is professional and always nice to see.
