Took my child to him for acne. Terrible bedside manner and poor communication of treatment plan. Wound up going to another dermatologist.

He was so mean. He was condescending, he has no bedside manner and made me feel stupid for even being there. I felt humiliated. I have never dealt with a doctor I hated so much. I would rather stab myself in the eye and kill myself than ever see him again.
Stunned. This place was recommended by a friend of friend. Last time I do that. I made an appt easy enough and showed up at 2:00 for my 2:15. At about 2:35 I was taken to a room. A very apathetic nurse asked me some questions, and she acted like she would rather be getting a root canal than doing her job. The doctor came in (the lady PA), threw a limp handshake at me, then proceeded to plop into a chair across the room as I sat on the examination table. It was a one sided awkward conversatio
I found everything I want in a dermatologist. I can go to them for everything from beauty treatments to serious skin care. The staff is courteous and the exam rooms are immaculately clean. Another benefit is they are on time for an appointment. I can count on getting in to my appointment on time, not sitting in the office waiting room for half an hour after I arrive. How refreshing!
I have been seeing Dr. Petrin for several years now. He is very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable at Petrin Dermatology and confident that I have and will always receive the best medical care. The clinical staff is also very friendly and professional.
