Dr. Pennington is the absolute worst doctor I have ever seen. I came to the ER on a Sunday, transported from another for a post tonsillectomy hemorrhage. The ER doctors couldn’t get my bleeding under control and were concerned I needed emergency surgery to re-cauterize, Dr. Pennington was the on call ENT at the time. He completely refused to come in to check me out since he was not the doctor who performed my surgery. After sitting in the hospital for over 24 hours and other medical professionals begging him to see me, he fi... read more
Professional, thorough, empathetic, caring. he helped me understand my problem and came up with a very well thought out plan to help me. It’s been a great deal of time with me and genuinely cared about me not only as a patient but as a person I highly recommend Dr. Pennington.

Totally mishandled my wife's nose surgery with nerve damage and requires reconstructive surgery again

I felt as if I was bothering this person and I decided that I was not going to make an appointment with my primary care physician to get a referral ... read more
Dr. Pennington is kind, informative and knew how to calm me down. A colleague of his had to remove most of my nose due to cancer and Dr. Pennington gave me a new nose. He is very gifted AND sanitary in his encounters with me. I am grateful for him.
He is the best! Due to cancer he had to remove the tip of my nose and rebuild it. I looked at hundreds of flap procedures online and can barely believe how good mine turned out. He has so much surgical skill and experience! His office team and nurses are truly wonderful as well!
I saw Dr. Pennington in mid September. I did not have the best experience with him. I do believe he a good at his job, and has okay bedside manner. However, I feel that he was not the best choice to do my thyroidectomy, because of he's poor hygiene in front of patients. I had an appointment at 3:30 p.m, and didn't get seen until 5:30. When I was finally taken back for the exam, I had to wait another 30 minutes to see the doctor. What Dr. Pennington came in, I smelled a strong cigarette odor like someone just smoked a box of ... read more
