I scheduled an appointment with this Dr. A month in advance. I changed my work schedules around at both of my jobs to accommodate the ONE day a week this Dr. Does consultations. Supposedly their schedule was booked solid for this procedure, as they had me scheduled weeks out. I called and confirmed my appointment the day prior and received a confirmation text shortly after that. Unfortunately, you can only rate the Doctor and not the staff and office. All of the interactions that I have had with Dr. James Alver has been AWESOME. He is personable, professional, direct and honest. I wish I could stay with him as my Urologist. Unfortunately, I have spent the last 6 months trying to see him and have been told that I needed blood work completed. It’s with heavy heart I have left this practice Dr Alver was always great. Dr Baker I would rather not say if he is on call don’t hold your breath. The issue escalated after multiple calls, many days attempting to do a telemedicine with Dr Alver again multiple times. Several staff members kept blaming me. Hour and a half after my appointment I finally saw Dr. Obviously he was trying to catch up, didn't spend much time with me. I left with more questions than answers. Not sure if I will go back.
Dr.James Alver is an Amazing doctor, I was really scared to going to the urologist , he listened every concern , answered my questions and explaining everything that we need to do to get better , please don’t hesitated for some bad reviews
