Boardwalk Dental is amazing, we have finally found our dental home! The staff is very kind, attentive and have great communication in every part of the dental process. I have a child with dental anxiety, they took the time to communicate with her and to make her comfortable. My son had to be put under anesthesia, Dr. Doll and Shane took amazing care of him. They made my daughter’s tooth extraction a fun experience! She wanted to go back again. Katie the assistant was so sweet and down to earth. She listened to my daughter and helped her with her concerns. The Dentist was so kind and careful, even taking time to numb the nerves slowly, so that she wouldn’t hardly feel it. Shayla at the front desk was such a GEM! She had a smiley friendly face, was great to help us and of course treated us to cookies n cream soft serve.
My kids have begged to go to Boardwalk since they opened! The 1st of my 4 kids went today and had a great experience! Everyone was very kind and welcoming and they truly care about your experience while there. The cherry on top was the dole whip when she was all done! Update 11/5 I’m super impressed with how well Dr. Doll and his assistant/hygienist Katie took care of my daughter today. Dr. Jimmy Doll and his staff are amazing!!! Through the years my son went through some hard times with dental care and procedures and I didn't know where to take him for good care. I got on Google and read reviews and decided to try Dr. Doll. I called the office seeing when we could get in for our first appointment told them I was worried about a possible cavity and they got us in that same week!
